Swindon Designer Outlet

Swindon Designer Outlet is a shopping centre built within the now defunct Swindon railway engine works, near Swindon town centre. Ten million people live within 90 minutes drive of the shopping centre, and 3 million shoppers visit each year. Swindon Designer Outlet opened in March 1997.

Swindon Designer Outlet is Europe's largest indoor designer outlet, and it occupies the restored Great Western railway works (see below).

Swindon Designer Outlet features 105 stores including Tommy Hilfiger, Timberland, Superdry, John Lewis Home Outlet, LK Bennett, Hobbs, Polo Ralph Lauren, Whittard of Chelsea, Next Clearance, Jaeger, Gap Outlet and Skechers among others.

Swindon Designer Outlet is located not far from junction 16 of the M4 motorway, then take the A3102 Great Western Way then left on the B4289. Visitors to the Swindon Designer Outlet may also want to visit the nearby Great Western Railway Museum or Avebury Stone Circle.
