Artist and craftsman William Morris (1834-96) once called Bibury "the most beautiful village in England." Bibury is located on the River Coln whose pristine waters flow through the town (see below). Bibury Trout Farm is located on the banks of the River Coln and visitors can sample the local trout.

The Arlington Mill in Bibury (see below) now houses a folk and agricultural museum which has a room dedicated to William Morris.

The Swan Hotel in Bibury (see below) is a 17th century former coaching inn and offers private fishing on the River Coln.

Bibury features a row of 17th century stone cottages called 'Arlington Row' which once housed weavers who supplied cloth to the local mill referred to above.

Bibury is located about 6.5 miles northeast of Cirencester on the B4425.
