Primrose Hill Community Woodland

Primrose Hill Community Woodland is a 24 acre former pastureland site on the western edge of Bath. Primrose Hill Community Woodland has been planted with over 20,000 trees made up of 45 different native varieties including ash, oak, wild cherry, rowan, walnut and sweet chestnut. Footpaths like the one seen below make the woodland accessible to walkers.

Primrose Hill Community Woodland supports a variety of plant, insect, bird and animal life. Bird, bat and hedgehog boxes are being utilized to further encourage those animals.

Primrose Hill Community Woodland is easily accessible from either Lansdown Road or Weston Village (where it connects to the Cotswold Way).
