St Michael's Church Bath

St Michael's Church in Bath features the striking south tower seen below and was designed by George Philips Manners (1789-1866).

A parish has been located on the site since medieval times, but the current St Michael's Church dates from 1835-7. Inside, St Michael's is an example of a “hall-church”, with aisles the same height as the nave.

St Michael's Church is located between Broad and Walcot Streets in central Bath.

Visitors to St Michael's may also want to visit the nearby Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, the Assembly Rooms, Prior Park, or the East Asian Museum all located within the city of Bath in Somerset.
