Wiltshire Heritage Museum

Visitors to the Wiltshire Heritage Museum (see below) can explore the museum's outstanding collection that traces the history of Wiltshire, its environment, and its people over the last 6,000 years. Visitors can also explore the finds from Bush Barrow which have been described as the crown jewels of the "King of Stonehenge".

The archaeology collection at the Wiltshire Heritage Museum (see below) is among the finest in Britain; it traces the history of people living in Wiltshire through a series of galleries - Neolithic, Bronze Age, Iron Age, Roman, Saxon, and Medieval. The collection features important finds from the World Heritage Sites of Avebury and Stonehenge.
