Acton Central is a station on the London Overground in west London.

Acton Central Station, London, UK

Acton Central is between Willesden Junction and South Acton stations on the North London Line part of London Overground between Stratford and Richmond.

From Acton Central to Heathrow Airport visitors will need to catch the E3 bus from south of Acton Park to Acton Town and pick up the Piccadilly Line or continue on the London Overground to Gunnersbury, change to the District Line and go back to Turnham Green or take a taxi (about 6 Pounds) from Acton Central to Acton Town.

Travellers to Euston Station change at Willesden Junction.

Just adjacent to Acton Central is the spacious Acton Park, a favourite of dog walkers and children playing football.

Churchfield Road, which runs outside the station, has a couple of pubs, the Station House, right at the station and The Rocket, recommended for its food. Walking west on Churchfield Road is a branch of Sainsbury's, the Park + Bridge wine shop, Londis, a Polish grocer's, Polish bakery and a number of cafes and takeaways.
